Daily – £750

-Equivalent rate: £750/day
-Use window: Specific day
-Fixed delivery days. Ideal for workshops, deep-dive sessions, or focused deliverables.

Weekly (5 days) – £3,500

-Equivalent rate: £700/day
-Use window: 2 weeks
-Days can be flexibly split across a two-week period.

Monthly (20 days) – £13,000

-Equivalent rate: £650/day
-Use window: 6 weeks
-Full project immersion. Up to 2 unused days may roll over.

Fractional Strategy Partner – £1,800/month

-Equivalent rate: £112.50/hour
-Use window: 1 month
-Includes 16 hours/month (typically 4 hours per week).
-Best suited for roadmap development, policy creation, team enablement, and strategic advisory.
—Recommended minimum commitment: 3 months.

Hourly – £165/hour

-Use window: As booked
-One-off support for urgent advice, quick-turn input, or early-stage conversations.
